That aside, switching to wearing socks made of natural fibres, like cotton, wool, or wool-cotton mix socks and wear good fitting shoes instead of tight ones will allow feet to breathe properly and also help air circulate inside the shoes to keep the sweaty, smelly feet problems at bay.

Washing socks daily to rid them of germs and buying shoes with removable insoles that are also washed every day will ensure your feet smell fresh and are free of sweat.

For those with serious smelly feet problems, it is best to wash feet regularly. If your feet are overly stressed, apply a foot cream foot cream with glycerine content to clean, dry feet as over-worked feet sweat more.
