Posh And Becks Magic Necklaces

Who doesn’t love magic and the idea of a necklace as a gift? Very few, we’d reckon considering how the world of wizardly (thanks to Harry Potter and now the indigenous version of the boy-magician of movies and paraphernalia are selling in the markets) and jewellery production (notice the way the celebrities glitter at gatherings minus spouses but never without their diamond necklaces) is doing on a global scale?

Of course, one wouldn’t normally associate world-class football players and erstwhile pop divas to quite integrate necklaces and magic with each other, but then David Beckham and Victoria (of Spice Girls’ fame) aren’t just any old couple on the Hollywood party circuit! Yes, it’s the soccer star and his fashionista wife who have been reported as presenting each other magic necklaces!

We did a peeping tom act into their boudoirs to find out just how much of this was true and here’s what we discovered: the rumours about their alleged separation had finally got to them and David, who’d been headed out towards Italian shores, thought this bit of mystical jewellery would keep their marriage from going separate ways!

Luckily for him, his rather delectable wife also feels similarly, declaring that the super energy powers the magic beads emit serve as talismans of love, granting them healing and protection.

Originating from Japan, their magical necklaces are supposed to be a 10th wedding gift (they complete a decade of married life next July) and made of gold and silver, these are each adorned with a pendant representing Archangel Raphael. The angel is significant in matters of love and healing since Raphael means ‘God has healed‘.

Well, fans of this stylish couple certainly hope that controversies surrounding Beckham’s many flings and Victoria’s equally famous walkouts subsequently are finally put to rest, even if it takes hand-carved magical necklaces by Japanese craftsmen and days of meditation (yes, that’s apparently required to get the magic flowing) to do so!
