New Resolutions

Every year we make the same old New Year’s resolutions. January 1st hits and we still manage to stay in the same old flow of things. Make your resolutions now and let them become a part of your everyday habits. When someone asks what your New Year’s resolution will be you may be stunned for the first time with words.

Sunscreen Year Round
The sun is going to get you whether it is summer, spring, winter or fall. Use your sunscreen no matter what the weather brings. It will fight against aging and keep your skin looking younger and healthier giving you that all over glow all year round.

We moisturize and exfoliate every day. By doing this one little simple step you will not only aid in the prevention of your skin looking older but also to help fight skin cancer. Kill two problems with one stone.

A New Shape for an Old Do
Change your hairstyle often. If you wear it back, try some layers that frame your face. Maybe even part it on the side. Always remember that your hair will grow back. It can be scary to make a change so don’t get too dramatic the first couple of times. With time comes change and change in inevitable. Don’t try to stop it and just go with the flow.

Sweet Sensuous Smells
The way we smell can do a lot for our mood and even express it. If you are energized and happy you may want to go with a citrus or something more subtle if you are feeling sexy. Spice things up and try something new. After all, this is the new you and things are about to start looking up your way.

So ladies, don’t wait to make those resolutions at the end of the year. Start making them now and you can resolve for something different like trying to get the kids to put the dishes in the dishwasher. Or about your husband cleaning the toilet? Then again, you may have better luck that the cat will learn how to flush the toilet!
