Each and every person who sweats out and spend hours in the gym working and training hard to increase the strength and building his/her body knows the day’s essential meal is breakfast.
This is applicable if the person is a dawn worker, his/her workout is scheduled in the early hours of the day, it results in the energy increase in the muscles, and the required nutrients are fed to the body. For those who workout in the afternoon, lunch could be considered the most important meal of the day.
Things that are needed –
A Blender- One that is heavy duty is preferred because body builders and strength trainers who are conscious about their health tend to mix up things. Quality blenders have a high life time and uniform blending is provided along with consistency.
Honey - This substance acts as the best food material, which can be taken either before the workout or after the workout. It contains a lot of antioxidant materials and it does not contribute to any rapid increase in the levels of insulin.
Papaya – This fruit is rich in potassium, possesses large quantities of Vitamin C, and also helps in the process of protein digestion.
Wheat Germ – Ranging from niacin to zinc, this substance is said to be highly concentrated in various minerals and vitamins. This source, which contains high quantities of protein also adds good amounts of fat and fiber in its list.

If papayas are hard to find, then it is best if they are substituted with bananas.
