Many men focus on their wardrobe and shoes and even conversation starters, but forget about a very essential part of their overall presentability aspect i.e. their hairstyle, which can make or break the look they are trying hard to achieve albeit, without showing that they are trying at all!
Often, men who’ve faced bad hair days and aren’t fortunate enough to have been born with the smooth, silky and manageable hair that models perhaps have tend to simply go for their baseball cap – as a cover-up job!
However, there’s just so far you can take the baseball cap head-protection as once you’re in the corporate world and into dating outside the college league, you need to drop the cursing and get working on building your perfect image, of which a trendy hairstyle is very much a part of! So, while the ‘grunge’ look may work for your clothes if you’re taking you pal’s kid sister out, it certainly won’t cut the deal when you expect to take the office hottie out as ‘bed-hair’ is cute only on Brad Pitt!
For the average guy though, if getting the perfect haircut isn’t immediately possible, then learning about the latest styles, investing in the right hair grooming products for your quality of hair and learning how to use these right so you sport the best mane this side of the match-matching world is crucial for staying in the groove.
A good hairstyle can alter your appearance and give you confidence much like a makeover and this year’s hair styling trends have revealed many different ways for you to choose from: shapes that are long or short with varying degrees of natural parts. It’s best though, to keep to the natural hair parting – whether middle or side and using a styling product to enhance the look. Some men like changing their hairstyle every season while others prefer staying with a classic cut that’s worked for them; of course, a middle path is again the best as keeping in sync with the times and trends is important as is your personality, hair texture, ease of maintenance for the style and of course, your face-cut.
