lowcarbabsdietAfter checking out the abs on other people, you have finally made up your mind up to put into practice a program that would have your abs being admired by others.

You could not have made the decision at a better time because a recent survey reported that a whopping 90% of women admitted that a well-defined set of abs on a man are more appealing than 20” biceps or a sculptured chest.

Abs Rock

It isn’t because women don’t dig men with nice sculptured chests or a well-shaped set of calves, they just think those abs are more sexy and attractive on men.

Abs is muscles too; they’re just being hidden underneath stomach fat most of the time. So don’t stop the routine because the result aren’t as fast as you expected, they are there, you just need to remove the excess fat.

Six Pack Abs

Six packs are not a given, they are to be earned. Earning well-defined abs begin with proper dieting and a steady dose of commitment to the task at hand. Research has shown that in order to build washboard abs you must set up a low carb diet or run with the idea of using a low fat diet. You will find below a breakdown of both diets.

A Low Carb Diet:

When you subscribe to eating buckets of carbs, chances are you will become a member of the bulge boy’s crew, where they are properly identified by huge stomachs and love handles.

The reason behind this is on account of your blood sugar being unbalanced. The distribution of insulin becomes more prevalent in your fat cells.

However, if you establish a low carb diet you will subsequently burn off unnecessary fat, while your muscles go through a process of shrinking and weakening. This will give the appearance of falling fat, which isn’t very attractive at all.

A Low Fat Diet:

Insulin has a way of getting in the way of workout plans. You could be building beautiful muscle tone but on account of insulin distribution, fat can be housed in all the wrong places.

Contrary to what some people may believe, both of these diets are counterproductive. Implement a plan that you’re comfortable with and stick with it.
