India’s most expensive cities

All of us desire to possess a home in a posh locality. We want to comeback to the place at the day’s end where we can sit in a relaxing mood and can chat with our near and dear ones either with a coffee cup or with a beer in one hand. Close your eyes!!! Does your dream match the one with me?
So lets see what all are the areas which can boast of being the most expensive cities of India and in this era where real estate prices are reaching its optimum limit, lets see how far we can afford to get in to these localities.
The most expensive locality of Hyderabad is Banzara hills and Jubilee hills. The price of each square feet ranges from Rs7000 to Rs. 50000 and to the height of astonishment people are paying huge amount just to possess a home there. The land near the IT hubs again recorded a huge price hike in Hyderabad. The areas in Bangalore like Koramangla, Whitefield are good for staying. Renting a flat at one of these localities may cost around Rs. 30,000 per month. The Lavelle Road is a posh area along with MG Road where the prices of each square ft even range between 70,000 to 95,000 rupees.
Next comes Chennai where you can get accommodation of various ranges and prices. The Boat Club Road with all the amenities can be treated as a posh area of the city. The prices range from 15,000 to 12,000 sq ft in this area. Delhi the capital of our nation is one of the costliest cities of India and the places like Connaught Place and Golf Ink can be treated as a posh area. Eastern part of Delhi has comparatively lower rates whereas South Delhi records a very high price range. Places like Vasant Vihar can be a cream locality of Delhi.
Mumbai our business capital has accommodation of various ranges depending on the spread of locality. Lovely lofty building on Napean Sea road can be a destination of dream which costs around Rs 35,000 to Rs 60,000 sq/ft. Places in South Mumbai like Khar and Bandra can be even more expensive to you guys.
Lastly lets talk about the areas of Ballygunge Circular Road, Alipur, Park Street areas where the price of the accommodations are very high from 6000 to 7000 sq ft. A lavish bungalow in Alipur can even range to 630 crores in Kolkata as it offers an unimaginable aristocracy to the residents.
So, to live in posh areas of India prepare with a hefty pocket.
