How wise it is to have sex with an Ex?
An idle mind is a devil’s workshop, says an old adage. When people sit idle, without any one by the side, either a friend or a relative, then they end up in making mistakes.
In the process, people repeat the mistake they had committed earlier. The mistake is, calling an Ex for a dinner or a drink or for chat. It may not end in, but start the beginning of the second chapter with your Ex. In the height of the moment, the person forgets the reasons why he/she broke away from the Ex.
How good is to be with the Ex?
Temporarily forget the past:
Earlier, you spent quite some time with the Ex, and came out of relationship with him/her because both of you were not able to see eye to eye.
During and for some time after the act, you forgot what you had lost from him/her. The pain you had suffered however could be temporary, because after some time the pain and loss will resurface.
It could be just the need for a man or woman:
If you have separated from the Ex recently, the pain and loss you have suffered is still fresh in your mind. You are unable to get over it easily. If you have been separated for a long time, then there are fewer chances of you getting involved in the same rage as you were before.
Therefore, by being with the Ex, it should not be just satisfying the need for another person, to express your urge. Hence, by being with an Ex, it should not be a just a way to temporarily forget the past.
Will the Ex repeat the old traits?
You have broken up from the Ex because of some bad traits or un-tasteful activities, which he/she had followed. What if the Ex, repeats what he/she did to you earlier? Think of the consequences of your Ex not responding to your calls, or not turning up after promising to meet you again!
If you find your Ex has changed or does not repeat his or her earlier follies, then you can spend the day happily. Do not let the reunification break up. Otherwise, control yourself and divert your attention to something useful or practical than calling an Ex.

The Baltimore study was not as clear as you say: Only a small sub-set of the men, those with known HIV exposure, showed the circumcision effect, but only 50 of those men were not circumcised, so the “22%” who contracted HIV was only 11 men. The study shows five of those men might not have contracted HIV if they had been circumcised – or if they had sex with other partners, or fewer partners, or used condoms more often, and so on. It is impossible to extract worthwhile statistical data from such small numbers. Meanwhile 2.5% of the vast majority of men, those who had no known HIV, risk did contract HIV, and among them, circumcision had no effect..
