Your buddies may have, in a moment of beer and boasting, revealed to you their best pick-up lines for getting dates or you may have covertly observed the guys who seem to have the hottest babes in tow with just a few practised, smooth moves.
But, just like there being irresistible pick-up lines that women can’t seem to get enough of, there are just as many venues you can find them at! Some of these are covered below for you, if you’ve found yourself striking out lately – check these out for more Saturday fun!
It’s no secret women are driven to ‘culture’ and ‘beauty’ and (just casually breeze past an art gallery or local theatre showing an artsy film and you’ll know soon enough that the majority of the crowd is female – and for a reason) if you begin haunting these places favoured by the fairer sex, it’s a likely possibility that you’ll get lucky sooner than some place else! That’s because at venues like art galleries, music shows, painting exhibitions etc.
women’s defenses are low, they are enjoying themselves in a safe, intellectual environment and therefore are more open to considering guys hanging out there as being sincere and decent as compared to those they’d come across at a pub or burger joint.
Conversation flows easy too at museums and such cultural events (if nothing, you’ll definitely have a brochure or promotional pamphlet or some signs describing the exhibits that allow you to start a conversation with the interesting woman next to you) and slipping in a request for coffee later comes naturally too!
Another great spot for picking up dates is at the latest super-mall or lifestyle store in town. Its easy enough to pretend you’re shopping for a female relative and ask advice from the cute sales-assistant or another lady shopper that you fancy.
Since most women love being asked their opinion on styles and more, you stand a better chance of extending the chat; make it clear you’re not shopping for a girlfriend – and perhaps, end off with a witticism like, “ I didn’t even know one could get ‘em on sale.” She just may fall for your humour if not your shopping style and decide you’re worth sharing an ice-cream soda outside the store with!
