Personal Life
Flora Martinez was born on September 7, 1977, in Montreal. Her mother is a Canadian and her father is a Columbian. She studied at the Actors Conservatory in New York from 1997 through 1999.

Career
Flora made her professional debut in 1994 with a Columbian TV show called “Mambo”. She then appeared as a host of a Spanish TV program. In 1999, she appeared in a feature film “Soplo de Vida”. The movie proved helpful for her career as it is appreciated by both fans and critics. The movie as also played at the film festivals all over the world. She then got the attention of viewers all over the world. Flora made her North American debut with “Proof of Life”. In 2002 she also appeared in two movies. Martinez also starred in “Lolita’s Club’ in 2007.

Achievements
Flora won the Best Actress Award at the Biarritz Film Festival in France.
