Faster Fat Burning Cardio

One of the faster ways to ensure you are burning more fat than usual is to incorporate certain proven strategies in your cardio workout that are aimed at centralizing and reducing those fat stores in your body and getting you the results you desire, in a shorter period of time than other more nerve-racking methods.

To begin with, you need to pinpoint problem areas: i.e. get to know where your fatty deposits lie. For example, if you are not keen on adding to your bulk, yet want to shed weight fast, you can lose those excess pounds through getting an early morning cardio routine in place.

Yes, timing the cardio workout right is crucial to getting those scales to tip in your favour (and more lightly too than before) because doing cardio on an empty stomach (first thing in the morning or just when you’ve finished loosening up those muscles after weight training) allows you to get to those fatty stores by using more of the readily available, already charged up energy.

Next, you can consider giving a shot to waiting an hour before eating if all you want to do is lose that flab and not really bulk up: think rough, act tough and your body is sure to respond to the disciplined approach of doing a full cardio work out but resisting loading on calories while the heart rate is still higher than normal, which is the case one hour after the cardio exercise, typically.

If you are keen on burning fat and cutting calories for faster fat burning through corrective cardio, get in some excitement to your regular workout routine e.g. change the paces you do or get onto another machine for just half an hour every day so your body responds differently, if you’ve hit a plateau in your weight loss goals.

Not giving your body a chance to adapt to any one cardio routine is one sure-fire way of shedding fat; another effective way is to be consistent with your weight training and doing some high intensity cardiovascular activity between bench press sets e.g. skipping rope or sprinting. If it works for athletes – it’s worth a shot for you!
