Threonine: This helps create collagen and elasticin, which are good for the skin and holds the cells together. It also helps in absorbing the various nutrients. Valine: Valine repairs and replenishes muscle cells, maintains nitrogen balance and regulates the use of glucose. Sources of Valine are meat, grains, dairy products, peanuts, and mushrooms.
