Eat Right When Eating Out

Again after a hard day of work when you drive beside a street side restaurant or dhaba, you may feel the urge to drop down and have a break with little mouthwatering stuff. If you eat out, you need to be caution as the foods dished out by different restaurants contain high amount of edible oils. With a little carelessness our tough work out at gym and our compromise with the tasty foods can be all in vain. So, it is best to control ourselves when we place the order. A buttery glaze is indeed attractive and when our taste buds feel good, out physique may not.
Food selection
When we eat out, our choices include dishes from around the world. When we feel tired with out regular Indian meals we want to go out with friends and family out to eat. While taking north Indian stuff, it is advisable to request the waiter to make a special dish with less spices and instead of taking a butter naan or pulao, it is better to take some roti and basmati rice. It is true that we are compromising with the taste but at the same time we are also aiming to save ourselves from fat accumulation in our body.
When we go for Italian or Mexican cuisines, we can request less use of fat cheese. This way we can seriously cut down on the calorie intake. Beside all these food stuffs, it is prudent to go for the salads when we eat out. There are different salads and shakes that are really healthy. Beside the salads, it is also a nice experience to sip the refreshing hot soups. There are several kebabs and these kebabs are really good for our health. Typical yoghurt of a glass of lassi instead of fizzy drinks is much better options for us when we eat out.
