Eat Less-Love it More

There is absolutely no need to deprive yourself when you are on that much needed diet. Follow these simple dieting tricks and you will actually eat less and feel stuffed to capacity.

When you are eating at home you should eat eggs for breakfast. The reason for this is that a couple of eggs eaten in the morning prevent the system from absorbing unwanted calories for the remainder of the day. The best way to cook the eggs is to scramble them yoke and all. Toss them around with a quarter cup of black beans which are a very low calorie food and bulk up your two egg breakfast too.

For other meals you should begin with eating a lot of salad. Eat a lot of vegetables, these are full of water and as you know water has no calories but a lot of weight this will make you feel fuller faster. The trick here is that vegetables take longer to chew and this tricks the brain into thinking that you have been eating for a longer period of time making you feel full.

Use a bit of psychology when you sit down to eat. Use smaller plates and larger glasses this will automatically prompt you to server yourself less than you would normally serve, believe me it works!

Make an eating schedule and stick to it. Never change your eating timings. If you eat breakfast or lunch at work on week days eat those meals at the same time when you are at home. Delaying your meal or skipping it completely will make you ravenous and then naturally you will eat more.

When eating out, like at a restaurant, make it a point to order soup first and ensure it is a vegetable soup with no cream. The vegetable will absorb the liquid of the coup in your stomach and bulk up laving you feeling full and so you will eat less. Try to eat sea food or chicken if you have to eat meat avoid rice and pasta and lay off alcohol.

Then the dessert! Yep go ahead and order it but take a couple of bites and hare the rest with the others at the table. Practice these few tricks and you will definitely lay off a couple of pounds in a few weeks.
