Dealing with skins free radicals

Many of us have not even heard of the term “radicals” and what exactly it means. Well, it is an unpaired electron that actually attacks the healthy cells in our body due to exposure to radiation, unhealthy lifestyle, pollution and excessive exposure to sun and pollution. It attacks the cell membrane and destroys it through a reaction called oxidation and thus leads to skin damage and aging. Fine lines, wrinkles, dull skin tone, loss of firmness and elasticity are the symptoms of free radicals. So, guys who work outdoor needs to be more cautious to ensure radical free skin.
Radicals are strengthened both internally and externally. Consumption of highly fatty and carbohydrate food, alcohol, caffeine products, stress and low blood supply can be the internal reasons of free radicals. Externally they are the results of smoking, pollution, UV rays, fatigue and toxic chemicals. You can keep free radicals away by having a healthy balanced diet rich in antioxidants and also by using certain anti-aging products that make your skin look younger for years. So, from next time when you decide to party hard, just give a second thought and think of the radicals. Certain vitamins and minerals are rich in antioxidants which compliment our skin and keep the free radicals at bay. Choose to include lot of fruits and green vegetables in your daily diet that are rich in antioxidant.
It is best to check out a doctor once a while and ask for more tips. Go for a skin care product that fights ageing and skin damages in extreme conditions. Our body produces antioxidants but sometimes due to these external and internal damages a scarcity of these antioxidants occur. By following these small easy steps you can supplement your body by these antioxidants and keep your skin out of severe damage. It is prevention against cellular damage and a lot of serious diseases like cancer, heart disease, aging and others. Vitamins C and E combat free radicals mostly and battling severe cell damage. Eating out healthy and maintaining a routine lifestyle get us on the right track.
