Then bend your hands from you knee joint and place both palms of your hand near your shoulder, on the mat. Now, gradually bend both your legs from your knee joint and try to place them near the hips. When you place your legs, there must be slight width between them.

Next, try to lift your entire body like waist, hips, back portion of your body and head upwards by the presser of your hand and legs.  At this time, you must try to stretch your hands and legs as much as possible. Then, hold the position at least ten seconds. Then go back to the starting position and take some rest. Repeat this yoga again. You can to this yoga four times in a day.

At this stage you will feel a stretch in the knee portion to your head. You should hold on to this position for at least twenty five to thirty seconds. Then go back to starting position. Take small rest and repeat this once again.

Place both your hands on your waist portion and give support to your whole body. At this time your chin must touch your chest. Hold on to this position for at least twenty seconds and then return to the starting position. Take some rest and repeat again.
