Beauty Begins With Soup Drinking

SoupdrinkingIf you have beauty and health as your companions, then even old age cannot touch you. There are people who take care of their skin and consume supplements to defy age. There is an easier way and it is as easy as drinking one kind of soup per day to protect your skin from environmental impact and to improve its texture.

Drinking soup is a good alternative for a busy person who has no time to cook and enjoy a proper meal every day. Soup provides such people with minerals, fibres and anti-oxidants.

Moreover, it does not take a long time to cook. Once the ingredients inside the boiling soup get absorbed, you can be sure that the soup now has all the goodness it can give you. Therefore, even if you dislike vegetables, you would be able to consume them in soup.

There is nothing better than healthy skin. Sunrays and free radicals found in the atmosphere tend to damage your skin. Antioxidants found in tomato, carrot, pumpkin, parsley, soybean, ginger, sweet corn, cauliflower, sweet potato, lemon, broccoli and apple defend your skin against both.

Various nutrients found in vegetables like green or red pepper, cabbage, parsley, red beets, artichoke, spinach etc help to cleanse your body naturally.  Many vegetables help to detoxify your body and the fibre found in them regulates your digestive system and liver through removal of toxins.

Fruits and vegetables also help in the formation of collagen, which gives your skin elasticity and a younger look. Antioxidants and minerals found in some vegetables and fruits help in the production of collagen.

Beauty is not only to be nourished from outside, it has to be managed from within your body. A healthy blood circulation means cleaner skin because your blood carries all the nutrients to various organs.

Many vegetables like red bean, lotus root, onion, seaweed, ear wood etc when added to soup, helps in improving blood circulation.

Hair is a part of your skin and it suffers due to the strain and stress of daily life. Many hair problems engulf you if you do not have good skin. You might suffer from hair damage, dandruff, hair loss and other scalp troubles.

Eating soups rich in iron, calcium and protein makes all these problems vanish. Mineral rich green leafy vegetables are a boon for your skin. Consume chicken soup, fish soup and black bean soup-they are rich in protein.

Silica is also good for your skin and it is found in peppers, beetroot, cucumber, onion, bean sprouts etc, which can be added to the soup for healthy hair.
