An extra-marital affair is a matter of great shame as it brings immense pain to certain individuals, children, parents, friends, and extended family of the pair involved.
These illicit relationships cannot be simply forgiven, ignored, or tolerated. Following are the situations which leads to adultery:
Regular interaction
Marital individuals usually have affairs with somebody they interact too frequently with, either at the office or socially. Having an illicit relationship with spouses of close acquaintances comes under this domain.
This condition generally brings tremendous apathy and pain to the betrayed spouse and the entire family of the concerned individual.
Connection
When couples take each other for granted. A situation may arise that a partner may suddenly come across someone really interesting, with which a partner may develop bonding or intense liking.
Regular connection with this person may lead to a physical relationship. Though having sex may not be the motive but can act as a catalyst in the formation of this illicit liaison.
Sex
This can start from a mere one-night stand and continue to a life long relationship. It usually happens when the sexual life of the marital couple is unsatisfactory, either due unattractiveness of one partner (old age, weight gain, etc) or the partners for varied reasons may not indulge into sexual relationships.
This results into an emotional distance between the wedded couple, beginning a relationship of dishonesty and guilt. It finally results into breakage of marriage.
Following are some tips to keep married life intact forever:
1. Do not take the relationship for granted.
2. Spend quality time together and concentrate talking exclusively to each other. It is advised not to have a mundane discussion on household responsibilities, children, etc.
It is better to have some gossip about your friends and relatives, discuss about problems at work, and most importantly on match-making possibilities.
4. Maintain yourself attractive and up to date
5. Do not keep mum on the wrong doings of your partner. Individuals should not adopt a wait and watch attitude. Convey your partner that this behavior will not be tolerated in any certain terms.
