This can help apply more resistance to our arms as well as biceps rather than the chest and triceps muscles, which is worked out by basic pushups.
In the basic pushups, we have to keep our elbows closer to our body and it helps to work on our triceps. We can do this for a couple of times and understand their effect easily.
Dips Workouts:
Dips must be done with the help of a sturdy chair. We should sit on it and place our hands on the sides of the chair along the edges. We should lift our body up with the help of our arms and place our body ahead of the chair, which should go up and then down with our arms behind us.
