Your Eye Needs Exercise
The most beautiful thing in the world is seen by the eyes without which there seems to be no world. So it is very necessary to look after your eyes. Don’t just take your eyes as the window to the world but it matters a lot if you can do a bit of favour to your eyes.
The eyelids get tired and other nerves get exhausted during the entire day your eyes save from many things. So in return give it back by learning how to do eye exercise in order to keep your eye healthy.
Before starting the exercise routine be specific about certain tactics. Begin by sitting comfortably in the chair and then take your hands together and rub you’re the palms together until they become warm. Then put or cover them gently on your eyes and slightly give a pressure on the areas. Don’t allow light rays to enter into your eyes and live no gapes between the fingers. While you are doing this think about something you wish to do or you did.
This exercise should be repeated for quite sometime and leave three minutes for each performance. After this step is over shift to second stage. Do the same old exercise, keep your eyes open and close. Do this frequently as possible as you can. This will improve the movement of eye muscles and will surely boost your eye sights.
Press three fingers of both the hands against your upper eyelids and hold there for one to two seconds and then release. Do this same for your lower lids as well.
While you are performing the eye exercises do sit comfortabley and relax. There is yet another fruitful exercise and that is by holding pencil in front of your eyes. Take the exact point and keep your eyes straight, bring the pencil point near your eyes slowly and then retreat it. Do this exercise for several times at one go and in a day do this for five times. Keep your eye healthy by following the steps above.
