8-14 weeks: Booking-in appointment:

If you have your first child then it is required. Under this test your also undergo same test as before. However, if your midwife concludes that you are anemic, then she can give you iron-supplements.
32-40 weeks: Routine appointment:
Routine checks like urine test and blood pressure are repeated. However, if you have second issue then you may possibly have fewer checks often.
41 weeks: Antenatal check up with hospital consultant:
If you are overdue, then your doctor would ask you for having induction only if labour does not start during up coming few days.
