Workouts for weight loss
While a lot of people want to lose weight quickly, they do not realize they are likely to put the pounds back after following the fad diets. The extra weight you gain is thus the consequence of poor dietary habits and the lack of exercise. However, in order to insure permanent weight loss, a combination of strong exercise routines and healthy diet is required.
Doing exercises burns a lot of calories and help revitalize the muscles. For instance, by following thirty minutes of daily exercise three times a week and keeping a balanced diet can mean you will shed off one pound each mouth, thus in a year twelve pounds. Not bad at all.

The techniques below combine the methods of stretching and doing aerobic exercises with weight training.
(Going to the gym)
If you manage to go to the gym three times a week for a routine of thirty minutes, then you have already advanced a lot. While the best approach would be to have a personal trainer at hand, you can also go to the gym and start from there. Train yourself progressively and do not attempt to work yourself too much, because the muscles will strain.
(The importance of moving)
Moving is really important because a routine of active movement three times a week can definitely bring along many advantages. For instance, given your level of fitness at the moment and the preferences you have, you can choose routines that encompass the weight loss workouts and the aerobic style: the brisk walking, where you have to walk around a park or even the mall, walking, jogging or running, cycling, tennis or badminton, swimming, aerobics, skating or skiing if the weather permits.
(Stretching)
Another possible workout for weight loss is stretching. Every morning, start by stretching your arms and legs for about ten minutes, in order to give your muscles a push for the next day.
You will thus warm up the muscles, avoid injuries and in the long term, lose some of the fat on those thighs that you want to get rid of.
Stretching exercises can be performed in yoga, tai chi or pilates.
