Winter Is taking Your Health
It’s getting colder and the temperature is going down more. Don’t let your kids to wear thin cloths, make them warm and protect from severe cold. Days are getting colder and its disrupting your work out schedules as well.
Protect yourself from cold. Eat good food to keep you warm. It is better if you can look for nuts; they are perfect for body temperature especially in winter. Your food should be heated well. It is better to eat food as soon it is cooked instead of delaying and again heating it.
Wear caps, cover your neck and ear portion, they are very sensitive area. Winter is all about taking care of cloths and warming your home with foods that boost your health.
Keep a blower to shower your room with hot air to make you feel the effect of summer season. Insulate your windows with an insulator. However, you must be assured that your room blower contains moisture. Your skin can be dehydrated if your blower is dry one. See that you have enough woolen blankets to cover your kids and your family members.
Your kids and your grannies will be suffering more than you. So, wear them thick shocks.
Cover them from top to bottom if you are taking them for outing. It is better to give them warm water for drinking instead of cold water. Your food should be served when it is still warm. They say heating food again and again can damage the nutritious contents of food. So, it is best to serve when you have just finished cooking.
Don’t make them eat too oily food; it may increase the deposition of fats in body since in winter people don’t like to go out for a walk.
Winter is all about taking care, so protect your self.
