Choose a cream that has good anti-oxidant and can retain its moisturizing effects for long periods of time. Keep it handy and apply it at regular intervals for maximum results.

Sun Protection

Exposure of the skin to the sun can cause dryness and irritation due to the harsh ultraviolet rays of the sun. You need to protect your face from these ultraviolet rays by using a good sunscreen lotion. Higher the SPF content, better the protection offered.

Silky soft hair

Dry, frizzy hair or oily hair can only be a deterring factor to look beautiful. In order to look good, you will have to keep your hair soft and healthy too. Use a good shampoo and conditioner that suits your hair the best. If you have white or graying hair, then use a good hair dye or hair color that can make your hair look young and healthy.

Dress appropriately

In order to look good, it is important to dress according to your age. Some people try to put on clothes that don’t suit their age thinking that it will make them look younger. This is a myth. It is best to choose clothes that can help you look good naturally.

Eliminate dark circles

Looking good means good eyes too. Catch plenty of sleep regularly and stay away from stress to have great looking eyes. Also, use a good eye cream to ensure that those dark circles stay away from your eyes.

Energizing exercise

Ensure that you exercise regularly in order to stay young, healthy and look beautiful. Take a walk, stretch your muscles, and do some cardio exercises. All these defy the aging factor and help you look good for longer.

Nutritious Diet

Eat healthy food. Keep away from excessive oil and sugar. Up your intake of fiber, this helps in proper digestion of food. Drink a lot of water to remove toxins and wastes.

Keeping these points in mind and working on it can take you a long way in looking wonderful and healthy.
