In addition, the ultrasound can burn the skin and deeper tissues along with the fat and the full effects of ultrasound are not known yet. Then there is the permanent risk of anesthesia.
Besides all the health risks, this technique is very expensive and not many offer this state-of-the-art technique, which makes it difficult to find and expensive.
