There are plenty of things you can do to help reduce unwanted flabby arms and be on your way to stronger and well-toned ones. First and foremost, a sound, well balanced eating plan is important in decreasing body fat. If you are uncertain about what to eat, meet with a registered dietitian to find out about proper nutrition. Once you have established a healthy eating plan, the next step is to coordinate your exercise program. Be sure to have some activity in your life most days of the week.

Some expert’s opinion about to tone flabby underarms - The first is fat and more the fat you have, the more flab you’ll see and you can attack the fat with low-fat nutrition and monitoring a calorie level that will maintain a weight that you’re satisfied with. Another arsenal of fat defense is aerobic activity. For beginners, get your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes twice a week and if you have been consistent for a month, you should proceed to three times per week for 30 minutes.

Once you’ve shown consistency at this workload, you have earned your way to doing even more. The more cardio you can do the more fat you’ll burn. Without consistency you won’t see results. For another option, you can aim for at least thirty minutes of moderate intensity exercise at least three times a week. If you are not anywhere near this level, start slowly and work up to this step-by-step. Examples of moderate intensity cardiovascular exercise include walking at a brisk pace, jogging, cycling, etc. You should break a sweat and be able to reasonably hold a conversation during the activity.

You can also try to tone flabby underarms by grabbing a dumbbell with your right hand and position your left knee and left hand onto a flat bench. Keep your right arm tucked into your side at a 90 degree angle. Slowly extend your right arm back while keeping your elbow in. At full extension of the movement, make sure to keep a little bend in your arm and all the tension on your triceps muscle. Slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position and then repeat with your opposite arm.

Some other ways to tone flabby underarms

Take dumbbells of 8-10 pounds and exercise with them. If you don’t have dumbbells, take a one liter bottle filled with water and use it as weights. Stretch your hand and pick up weights till you feel the triceps muscles being pulled to the maximum limit. Do 3-4 reps of set of 10-15. In addition to this, rotate your arms clockwise and anticlockwise, feeling your shoulder blades move as you do this exercise. This will shape up your arms and the flab will be melted with increased time.
