Thongs – micro garment with macro effect!

The thong is an undergarment and swimwear, worn by both genders, in a style characterized by a thin strip of material along the center of the garment’s rear designed to sit between the wearer’s buttocks cheeks connecting the front or pouch to the waistband behind the wearer. Some of the fashion experts say that a g-string is the union of the string culotte and the tanga, or from another vector the marriage of a waistband and a cache-sexe.
Like the tanga, the g-sting is essentially a culotte that covers the pubis and leaves the buttocks bared; unlike the tanga its side and rugae material are strictly string; it is not usually worn high-waisted and tends to follow a v-kini waistline. For these reasons it is treated as a separate species. Thongs come in a variety of styles depending on the thickness, material, or type of this rear portion of fabric and are available for both men and women throughout the world.
As said earlier, G-string is, by far, the scantiest type of thong. Whimsically referred to as ‘butt floss’, a g-string consists of a small front triangle, with strings that go around your hips and under your behind. It is known as the “tanga” in Brazil. The term originated from the Kimbundu term “ntanga”, meaning loincloth. V-string is known for the V shape that it makes going up the back. It is commonly used in one-piece swimsuits, and offers slightly more coverage than a g-string.
The T Back has a good amount of front coverage, and has a wide waistband going around the back. The T shape is made by the juncture of the waistband part merging into the back material of the thong. One-piece bathing suits include the monokini, designed by an Austrian named Rudi Gernreich in 1967. It is a one-piece, topless bathing suit for women consisting of only the lower piece of the bikini. Monokini is a variant of the original two-piece bikini bathing suit, and may also be used to refer to other one-piece swimsuits such as a sling bikini.
The sling bikini is another very popular swimsuit choice among women. It has side straps that extend upwards to cover the breasts. The straps then go over the shoulders and reach down the back to form a thong. The entire sides of the torso are revealed this way. So the advantage of a sling bikini lies in its convenience, by combining two elements (the top and the bottom pieces) into one.
