The Perfect Chest
The chest muscles, just like any other muscle in your body, wants that special attention in order to grow big and strong. You need to start with low amount of weights and focus on keeping proper form. Try to determine how much weight you can push around 10 to 15 times before complete exhaustion. Do this with the low amount of weights to give yourself a chance to get used to the proper form.
Something that you may want to know is that the chest muscles are used a lot during certain sports activities such as football. Your chest is also used for good posture and helping you to look well rounded. The last thing you want is for your chest to be too big or too small and look completely out of sync to the rest of your body.
We all know that women love a sexy strong chest on her man but many men just don’t know where to start or how to accomplish that strong sexy chest that we all crave.
Incline dumbbell presses, bench presses and flat dumbbell flies are 3 great ways to get that strong sexy chest muscle. Even with doing these exercises, form and breathing are two of the most important things to remember while performing these exercises.
Slowly increasing the weight is also a very important factor. These exercises and routine are great for beginners that are new to the circuit and more advanced buffs can use them as well.
After about 2 months, it will be extremely important to add new exercise for your chest and change the routine. Otherwise, your workout will get stale and so will your muscle growth and tone. You have to have variety and change it up every few months in order to keep things fresh and exciting not only in your workout but also to keep your muscles strong.
Remember to warm up and stretch. Keep to the routine and tell the world to watch out because you are on your way to a sexy chest. (The women will love you for it)
