The orgasmic diet and fitness plan

It is a well known fact that the good diet is required for keeping the body healthy as well as fit. Generally, people intake many types of diet in order to keep their body fit and energetic. They also practice some of the exercises in order to maintain their body’s fitness. Some of them also ask for fitness plans from the doctor for their health.

When it comes to care of sexual organs, then most of the people feel shy in taking the useful diet and practicing the fitness plan for the sex organs. Generally, women do not take any interest in these activities. It is so because they feel shy in these types of activities. However sex is also the most important part of the life and so it is important to take care of this aspect as well.

The orgasmic diet and fitness plan is described as follows:-

1. The first exercise you have to practice is that you have to suck your thumb. By practicing this exercise the pelvic floor muscle helps in giving the better orgasmic control. This also helps in giving feel of lift or the pull inside your vagina. For this you have to take the diet of arginine.

2. Second exercise you should perform is the straw test. This exercise also helps in exercising these muscles. This test is also advised by the experts. The diet which is advised by the experts for this test is the omega-3. This is type of an acid which is found in the oil fish like salmon, mackerel etc. It helps in better functioning of the nervous system.

3. Breathing is also an important type of exercise which is advised to the people. This exercise should be done by standing naked in front of the mirror. Breathe should be inhaled from the nose and exhaled from the mouth. The diet prescribed for this exercise is the free testosterone. It helps to increase the libido in your body where as the diet which is has rich protein level helps to increase the level of testosterone.

4. You should also perform the slow as well as the fast contractions. You should perform these exercises ten times in a day. This helps in the exercise of your pelvic muscle. The diet prescribed for these exercises are serotonin and the dopamine. You should maintain their good level in the body.

All the above stated point briefs the orgasmic diet and fitness plan.
