Imagine you are running out of time and you just have a month to go and show in the ramp. You are anxious about the goings, you are worried that you will miss your preliminary show in the fashion show and before that you want to make some stunning looking abs. when it comes to fashion every body wants to give their own fashion statements and you want to give it by making killer abs.

The solution for your worry could be solved just by picking up the right kind of exercise which promises you good and immediate result. The most effective abs exercises could be your bicycle rotating and it targets the rectus abdomen that is your six packs and the oblique which is the waist exercises. However, making abs exercise does not mean you have to remain thin and no fat, you do require fat to look healthy otherwise the wish that you want to make abs will not come. These exercises will not reduce fat from the belly as strong abs are essential for keeping your body healthy and saving your spine.

One can not start the abs exercise blindly from no where; this may bring new unwanted shape to your body. The right way of learning is mastering the tricks of the steps and they are; begin from your face by facing up on the floor and lace your fingers behind your head. Fist you need lie down on the floor for this particular exercise.

In the second step, bring the knees in towards your chest and lift the shoulder blades off the ground without pulling on the neck.

In the third step, strengthen the left leg out while continuously turning the upper body to the right and bring the left elbow towards the right knee. You can revise this by bring the right elbow towards the left knee. Continue the steps by alternating sides in a pedaling motion for 12 to 16 reps and keep practicing these steps, you will soon get the abs done.
