What could be better than drinking a refreshing special mixture of lemons, maple syrup and a small amount of cayenne pepper? Just follow these simple instructions:-
When you are hungry, you should drink a glass of lemonade. You may use either warm or cold water. Warm water is especially good if you are in a cold climate and feel like having a hot drink.
You should remain on the lemonade diet for a minimum of 10 days; otherwise, you may not see the full benefits. Lemons are a useful source of body cleansing.
The water contained in the lemon juice helps it to circulate around your system. You may wonder, why do I add maple syrup – is it not fattening? Yes, maple syrup has lot of calories, but that is why they add it. It is supposedly there to give you energy to stay active.
The lemonade diet may not be best for you. Many different groups have varying opinions about these sorts of diets. Some view this as a type of starvation diet.
Others say that it can lead to eating disorders or unhealthy weight loss. One opinion is that the lack of protein in the lemonade diet will not allow your body to grow and heal itself naturally through daily life.
It is possible that the lack of solid foods will leave you feeling flat and lifeless, making it impossible to remain active and feel fit. That is why you must always ask your doctor for advice before trying out any weight loss or dieting plans. They will have the right answers for you.
Possibly the lemonade diet is not the best thing for you. It is an example of one type of diet. There are many other options to choose. You need to keep an open mind and make sure that you are not hurting your body, instead of helping it! Do not ignore professional advice.
Never try a diet before asking your doctor about it. If you are interested in a cleansing diet, make a survey of some of the professional packages that are on offer in the market today. Do it right, put the weight off, stay fit and look great.
