If you are looking for a healthier way to make a delicious sweet potato is to wrap it in foil and bake it. When it’s done baking spread a thin layer of butter on the potato and enjoy. One serving of sweet potato has 337 milligrams of potassium which your body needs in order to maintain a proper balance of fluids and electrolytes. Potassium also helps relax cramped muscles.
Eating one sweet potato a day is an excellent way to lower your bloods pressure while also ridding your blood of any harmful toxins.
