Drugs usually delay or hinder the self healing force of the body and make recovery more difficult. They produce dietary deficiencies by destroying nutrients.

Thus, power to restore your health lies not in drugs but in nature. To cure disease, first and foremost requirement is to regulate the diet.

Simple rule is, do not eat heavy food when your are sick, go for light food. Wait for the return of the usual healthy appetite. Lost of appetite is a nature’s rule that no burden should be forced on it.
Another method of natural cure is to stimulate the vitality of the body. This is achieved by using water in various ways like cold water brings down temperature and warm water is always relaxing.

Other methods are like sun bath, air, exercise and massage. Exercises like yogic asanas help eliminating body stress and helps keeping mental peace. Besides these, positive attitude and full belief in God.
