Other than providing the first glimpse to a person’s character, fingernail is also helpful in determining any kind of diseases and disorders in the body. In fact, various inherent problems in the body may surface in the form of fingernail discoloration or disfiguration.
If your finger got pinched and you have spots on it, let it heal itself. It’s called a blood blister. It’s similar to a blister, but blood had seeped into it. You got yourself a Blood Blister…there ugly but harmless. Don’t worry. It’s a blood blister. Just leave it alone as popping it increases the risk of infection no, it’s an under the skin blood blister. Stick it with a needle (sterilized) and drain the blood immediately.
If you have white sots on fingernail, know that there are some common myths associated with white spots on fingernails claiming that they are the result of a calcium deficiency or eating too much mayonnaise. While these white spots may be the result of a zinc deficiency, it is likely that other signs of zinc deficiency, such as hair loss or a slow immune system, would be present as well. Occasionally, a few white spots on fingernails may indicate an allergic reaction to a product used on the nail, such as nail polish, hardener, or polish remover.
Whatever the case is, one should avoid spots on fingernail. For this, take some precautions such as Wash your hands regularly and protect them from cuts and scrapes, especially while doing gardening, cleaning, doing dishes, etc. in case your nails are long, file them into a square shape rather than an oval or round shape in order to prevent easy breakage. Make sure to eat foods like meats, eggs, dairy products and whole grains, in large quantities. Wear rubber gloves if your hands frequently come in touch with water and consume lots of protein, calcium, and vitamin B.
