Smoking is not a style
The day is not far when you will find yourself in the same figure of danger sign Board used in the electricity post or that scary skeleton hanged in the biology laboratory. Today millions are attracted to smoking. Some people identify smoking as an elite class life style and many believe themselves as style icon. There are third group who are literally addicted to it. Believe me smoking is not a style; you are risking your life. Have you ever really thought about the deadly impact this slim and trim white body, wearing yellow cap can do? Most of the smokers overlook at the deadly consequences it can pay. Cigarette contains nicotine and other harmful chemicals. They are injurious to health, especially lung problems.
Stop smoking before it stops your breathing. Make sincere efforts to quit smoking. It eats your immune system slowly. Each single puff you inhale, drags you and your active tissues near dangerous zone. Some people have a habit of taking smoke inside, which is a serious case and it dries up your lung. It has deadly effect on pregnant women.
Make regime to stop puffing. Know your time when you are most likely to smoke. For instance, you want to smoke when its cold, to keep yourself warmed, in this situation try out for coffee or tea. Let your family members and friends know that you are on your way to quit smoking. It might help you a lot, just being aware of the fact that they know. Don’t see your friends who are smoking for sometime, until you gain confidence.
Chain smokers can go for the rehabilitation centre; these days there are many NGOs who deal the case. Self restriction can yield greater result. One should be determined to follow the routines to quit smoking. Inhaling of smoke stops your veins that carry oxygen to your body parts. One can not quit smoking abruptly since habit is the second nature they say. But one can make an effort and follow it religiously then nothing is impossible.
