A regular bath with a mixture of cold water and ‘neem’ leaves boiled in water helps in fighting against several skin problems and infections. Massage with a mixture of milk powder (or milk) and water is considered beneficial for keeping tanned skin healthy.

Massaging with curd helps to get rid of the dry skin. Curd is considered as a natural skin bleach solution. A honey and lemon juice mixture also provides relief from the dead skin. However, applying this mixture must be avoided in case of sensitive skin.

During winters massaging with almond oil, olive oil or coconut oil on the face, hands, and legs before taking a bath also assist in dealing with dry skin. Applying mint and leaving it on the face for at least a period of 10-15 minutes provides relief from pimples. Facial cleansing with tomato slices is also beneficial in achieving radiant skin.

Daily washing of the face without employing a soap or face-wash solution helps in keeping the skin gorgeous. This exercise must be repeated at least three to four times in a day.

Application of a small proportion of turmeric powder mixed with milk also helps against fighting various skin disorders. The exercise must be conducted at least once a week.

Skin care by eating healthy

Maintaining healthy eating habits are essential in achieving gorgeous skin.
At least 1.5 liters of water must be consumed daily. A good water intake provides necessary detoxification to the body.

Water therapy is also considered beneficial in fighting against various health disorders. Proportion of oil in the daily food intake must be reduced significantly.

Instead, food must be cooked more in water than oil. Daily consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables (especially raw tomatoes) helps in achieving redness in the cheeks.
