Shape up-5 meals a day diet plan
The traditional concept of having healthy meals is no longer in existence. The world has come to a place where people either skip meals or manage with junk food for that particular moment. There are numerous reasons for this. One is the increasing stress and workload of people wherein they do not find time to consume food that is required. The second is that people have become too conscious about their vital statistics that they feel eating will make them put on weight.
All the above mentioned reasons are just hypothetical and are no where concerned with the health status of the body.
To maintain a good health, it is very important that one has a proper diet; the proper diet usually consists of adequate amount of proteins, vitamins, fibres, carbohydrates and fat. The 5 meal plan diet is the one which has achieved a universal acceptance. The 5 meal diet plan consists of having little food at regular intervals of time.
The diet plan usually consists of having fruits and digestive biscuits for breakfast along with tea or coffee with a relatively lesser amount of sugar. Lemon tea would be a great option instead of the normal coffee or tea. The calorie intake of breakfast must be around 150-175 calories.
Between breakfast and lunch, it is advisable to have any liquids so as to rejenuvate the body.
The lunch must consist of raw vegetables and a proper lunch with adequate carbohydrates and proteins. The calorie intake during lunch must be approximately 300 calories. Lot of water must be consumed daily.
The evening tea must be associated with some light snack. The calorie intake of this snack must be between 200-250 calories.
The dinner must always consist of few pieces of fruits and some protein rich food. The total calorie intake during dinner must be not more than 250 calories.
The above 5 meal diet plan helps in reducing excess fat from the body, burns out the excess fat and helps the body to visibly become trimmer.
The more perfect you are in following the 5 meal plan diet, the faster and better it works on your body.
