Most of the people or can say all the people all around are very much concerned for their body but many of them don’t want to compromise their eating habit. Desserts are liked by almost all of the people although desserts are totally responsible for the excess fat. If any person love dessert as well as he is conscious for his weight then it would advisable for him to go for the fewer calories deserts. It is true that none of the dessert is having fewer calories but some of the desserts are having excessive calories
Following are some of the desserts you should avoid if you are calories conscious as these desserts would surely increase your cholesterol level and your fat.
1. Oreo cookies
Oreo cookies are very tasty to eat and are very much liked by the people. Along with the good taste there are many more other things related with the Oreo cookies. Each of the cookies has 50 calories and 7 grams of fat. In the list of worst desserts these cookies comes on the foremost position. It contains lots of fat which leads to the diseases such as diabetes and heart problems.
2. Chubby Hubby ice cream by Ben & Jerry
Half cup of this ice cream contains 330 calories and 20 grams of fat. This ice cream is full of taste.
But it is also true that it contains lot of fat which is responsible for many kinds of diseases. Excessive fat can increase your weight and it would be very difficult to reduce your weight afterwards.
3 Iced Chocolate Brownies of Otis Spunkmeyer
One brownie of Otis spunkmeyer contains 260 calories and 11.5 grams of fat. These cookies are very much responsible for increasing your weight. The numbers of ingredients in these cookies are 20 and most of them are very unhealthy to have.
4. Peanut butter cup of Reese.
One peanut butter cup of Reese contains calories up to 210 and fat of 11 grams. Peanuts are said to be very good for health but peanut butter is not fulfilling the nutritional requirements. You can only increase your weight by having this cup.

One banana split contains 43 grams of fat and 894 calories. The fat and calories it has is more than that a person should have in a day.
