Serve Your Guests Prawns With Garlic And White Wine

New year hang over has not yet vanished and its still New Year. You can still invite your friends for a dinner at your home. Prawns with garlic and white wine would be the perfect catalyst for the dinner party.
If you are seriously thinking of giving new taste in the dinner table try this recipe. This is a special Spanish food and is fabulous. Garlic is needed in large quantities and so also chilly.
The required ingredients are, take six hundred Gms of prawn either in peeled form or de-veined. Twenty gms red chillies and cut them into pieces for the easy mixture in food.
Take six hundred Gms elephant garlic and slice them up. Take sixty ml olive oil, three hundred milliliter white wine, fourty Gms parsley leaf washed and finely chopped ones, take one lemon and squeeze the juice and finally add salt as per the taste. Now you are done with ingredients and the next step is how to prepare the food.
So, let’s learn the method, start with heating oil in a frying pan add chilli, and garlic chips
This should be done in a low flame. However, when you are pouring prawns heat the oil strongly in a high flame. Now add the white wine and cook until it is done.
Conclude the method by adding lemon juice and sprinkle some salt on the top and serve hot and garnished with parsley leaves.
Sometimes it is good to throw a surprise dinner party and it suits in this weather where everything is so dull and gloomy. This Spanish food is the perfect ingredient for your body to get warmed up.
Precautious is a must, before you serve it to your guests. Taste first and then bring it on the table otherwise it could be an embarrassing situation if you don’t prepare it that well.
