Removing Drip Marks in Varnish

It is a well known fact that varnish saves the wood from the damage. It is very helpful in saving the wood from the beetles that make it hollow from inside. It looks very simple to coat the wood in the varnish but it is very difficult to coat the wood in varnish in the real life.
The problem which is commonly faced by most of the people is the problem of the drip marks. People get very much frustrated while removing the drip marks in varnish. It is so because the products which are available in the market are not very much helpful in removing these drip marks of the varnish.
In order to get rid of these drip marks one can take help of these following points:-
Use the razor blade: – In order to use the razor blade the first thing you have to see for is that whether the varnish is fully set or it is somewhat wet. In order to test that whether varnish is practically set or not, the first thing you have to do is that you have to press the drip mark by the help of the thumb nail. If you feel that the drip mark is soft then let it dry. When it becomes dry then you can scarp the drip mark by the help of the razor blade alike to the cabinet scraper. It is supposed to be the best way of removing these drip marks of varnish.
Another alternate which you can use in removing drip marks in varnish is the sand paper. It is an idea to cut out the hill which has emerged due to varnish. You can complete this difficult task very simply with the help of the grain. In order to do this you can sand against the grain by the little piece of the sand paper on the index finger or thumb. Once the task is done you can rub it by the scotch pad.
Other most powerful tip which is helpful in removing drip marks in varnish is the wet-sand. You can use the sandpaper with 600-grit or 800-grit on the surface. You can also use the water in order to wet sanding and can also use some type of the detergent as a lubricant. It is very much helpful in removing the drip marks from the surface.
