Reduce breast size
Heavy breasts can lead to physical discomfort, a variety of medical problems and extreme self – consciousness. The shoulders have been scarred and hyper pigmented (made darker) from the trauma from the tight bra straps. Decrease sources of estrogen from your diet such as commercially raised meats that contain excessive amounts of hormones, and pharmaceutical sources of estrogen such as birth control pills and natural progesterone cream applied at a dose of 15 to 20 mg per day from ovulation until a day or two before your period returns usually results in normal breast tissue in three to four months.
Vitamin E, in doses ranging from 400 IU to 600 IU per day, may reduce symptoms associated with fibrocystic breast changes. Other vitamin suggestions include Vitamin B6, a B complex, and magnesium. Check with your physician for hormone problems. Usually a simple blood test can evaluate this. If large breast size is related to weight, try to lose weight; you should consider seeing a plastic surgeon for localized liposuction of the area.
Wearing an under armor type shirt and your regular shirt on top and using a dumbbell and do pectoral pulls by keeping the dumbbell in slight abduction and use flexion and extension at the forearm for faster results. Take the stairs and move your arms more when walking is another way to reduce breasts size. In most cases, breast reduction isn’t performed until a woman’s breasts are fully developed; however, it can be done earlier if large breasts are causing serious physical discomfort. The best candidates are those who are mature enough to fully understand the procedure and have realistic expectations about the results. Breast reduction is not recommended for women who intend to breast-feed
