A common illness among old people, Arthritis is a disease that needs attention. It is caused by an inflammation or swelling of the joints and damage to the surrounding tissues, muscle strain and fatigue.

One thing that you should note when choosing your over-the-counter treatment is the effect that it will have on your general health. If you take some pills, you have to know how they will affect your liver during the process.
You may get rid of arthritis but will have a serious liver or kidney problem in future. This is something that you may not want.
With your knowledge of the causes, symptoms, relief and treatment, it will be easier to handle this case and you will be in a better position to let go of the arthritis that bothers you.
