Overeating
Over eating is one of the causes for the global problem obesity. Over eating makes the brain go in disorder and also may cause diseases like heart disease, diabetes and other critical diseases. The reasons for overeating could be due to stress, irritation and frustration. It might be for time pass, also over work and disturbances in the personal relation ships.
Over coming Overeating can keep us far from most of the diseases and keeps our body healthy and young. One main tip to avoid overeating is not to go towards food when you are not at all hungry. The triggers for Overeating should be identified and some hobbies you like should be identified to overcome it like some physical exercise, sports, reading some thing interesting and so. And if still not able to overcome, then when ever you indulge in to something then make sure it should be healthy than going for some junk food.
Some tips to overcome over eating:
1: Don’t over diet during the day. Because by end of the day you will be craving for food which might lead to eat more than what you eat generally.
2: Never skip your break fast. Studies show that people who have breakfast every day are high in energy levels during the day than the ones who skip it.
3: Eat regularly and try to maintain the timings of you food intake. And if having snacks, choose healthy snacks and salads in place of fried and junk food.
4: Drink plenty of water and take fruits plenty which are rich in water content. The fresh fruits will help in supplying the essential vitamins for the body and will also avoid overeating calorie rich foods.
5: Try to replace fruits juice in place of aerated drinks. The fresh fruit juices provide the essential minerals compared to the empty calories supplied by the aerated drinks.
6: And the most important one is to get enough sleep.
