Mouthwash

mouthwash

Mouth is the most important part of our body because without mouth we can not eat or drink. So we should always take care of our mouth and keep it away from the diseases.
A mouthwash is an antiseptic liquid with which we rinse our mouth to keep it hygienic.  It kills the bacteria in our mouth and protects our teeth from decay. It also helps to remove mucus and keeps our gums healthy.

Mouthwash must be used twice a day – in the morning and at night. 20 ml of mouthwash should be gargled for a minute and spitted out. Using a mouthwash certainly doesn’t reduce the importance of brushing the teeth regularly.  Infact, it is advisable not to use mouthwash till an hour after you have brushed your teeth with toothpaste. Most of the mouthwashes contain alcohol. Therefore, their excessive use may cause mouth cancer.
