Lets Cook Fish With Basil Leaves
Although fish is every one’s favourite dish however, just imagine if you add basil leaves? Basil leaves are just indispensable in this type of dish. Preparation of food is basically a creative work; one can make varieties of foods from simple kitchen items such as onion, potatoes and other commonly used vegetables. You just need to learn the tricks. So, let’s prepare Thai dish, fish with basil leaves.
Fish with basil leaves is originally Thai dish. So let’s read how to prepare it in your kitchen. The primary point is that you must know what are the most important ingredients that are to be collected for the preparation of this dish.
They are 300 gms of sole fish, one table spoon oyster sauce, half table spoon of oil, half table spoon of chopped garlic, seventy gms of mushrooms chopped ones, twenty basil leaves, one table spoon of Soya sauce, a pinch of sugar, half table spoon of lime juice, pinch of salt, half a table spoon of chilly paste and three table spoons of stock sliced fresh red chilies.
Now you have collected all the ingredients. Let’s start the recipe. Take frying pan and heat oil and put garlic on it. Once lightly cooked your red paste chilly must be added on it. Next add stock to it and once it is heated put fish pieces. After this you add Soya sauce, chopped mushrooms, sugar and lime juice. When your fish is cooked well add oyster sauce.
End the recipe with the addition of sliced red chilly paste and basil leaves. After basil leaves are added stir well. Dish is very delicious when served hot otherwise also it is delicious. I bet, you will not stop licking your fingers. So make yourself happy and your family members as well by serving this tasty Dish.
