Kids’ faves – the healthy way
It is a well known fact that kids are very stubborn. When they stick to one thing they need that particular thing only. They do not forget that particular thing very easily. The most common problem which is faced by the parents is the type of food they desire. Generally, children eat the food which is not even nutritious but it also harms the body.
It is the biggest problem of the parents to get their children into the habit of the eating all types of food. Parents want that their children should eat all the things that are eaten by the other members of the family. However, it is not such a typical task if parents can make different kinds of healthy as well as tasty food items at home itself. Some types of food is described below which can be prepared in home.
Chips: – It is one of the favourite food items of the chidren. You can also prepare them at your home and can develop your child interest in eating these healthy chips. For preparing such healthy and tasty chips, first you have to choose the baking potatoes and then scrub them to clean. After that you have to chop them into chips and then bake them into the olive oil for 20 to 25 minutes. Now you can serve it with the table salt. You can also add some spice to the chips if required.
You can also prepare the decilious as well as healthy burger easily at your home. You can also add some charm to the burger by preparing it with the lean pork meat and apple or the other type of favorite flavours. For preparing such delicious burgers you have to take 200g of meat you have choosen, 30g of onion and 50g of fruit in the food processor and chop all these things. You can also add some vital herbs if needed. Now you can give them any form and fry or bake them in the olive oil. After that you can serve it with the chopped salad, sox cream and the relish.
