Here are the few things you must learn. Everybody knows cloths are the indispensable part of winter especially warm cloths. Getting thick cloths for your body is not enough; you must know that heat from our body leaks from hands and feet. Remember to cover them up too. Consumption of fluids should not be decreased. Drink plenty of water to stop from dehydration. Your internal heating is very important. See that your room heater is in working condition. Keep your thermostat at the temperature of 21degree Celsius or 70 degree fernheight. They will help you restore heat lost from your body. Your windows and doors must be kept open during the day time to let the sun light fall inside the rooms.
