Importance of eating regularly
As apparently as this busy schedule go with any normal working women in today’s life, they tend to take eating food secondarily and give more importance to their work. They consider work to be more important than the health. On the contrary their health demands good food at regular time. Being in tuned with natural health regime must be the priority for every person and more emphasis to those working ladies, who neglect their health. “Health is wealth” and it is very true for every breathing things.
We give excuse to our workload to escape food. Please read these few lines to know what can be repercussion of not eating food regularly and what can you do if you are already suffering. Prioritize your health routine and the next is your work. The importance of health is not to be neglected at any cost. Don’t forget that you eat to live, not live to eat.
The change of weather with the change of season may bring many diseases and a person with weak immune system could become the best lover for them. Thus taking care oneself must be your first priority.
Don’t overwork; take out time for your food. Eat regularly, if you are healthy you can work more and earn more but what is the pint of working so hard and earning a lot if you are putting your health in danger. If you are not keeping well, you are not putting your health and life in danger but you are risking your work load too. Healthy mind can do work efficiently with clear mind and this makes sense.
Take good breakfast, never skip it. This will act as the power house of your body and will supply energy. Then followed by your lunch. Eat balanced diet. Not eating food may cause you major health problem. You will end up spending more than you earn.
Who are already suffering please avoid oily food, eat non-oily food. Stick to your doctor’s advice. If it’s viral, it may take a week to recover fully. Take simple food with lots of fluids.
