Women should examine their breasts regularly for any lumps and bumps so as to be able to detect any problems early thus avoiding complications later.
Rapid changes take place in a girl’s body between the age of twelve and fourteen. Her breasts start showing and develop fully by the time she reaches eighteen years of age. Women are advised to wear shapely and tight brassieres to prevent sagging of breasts in later years. Breasts have no muscle and are made up of fat cells, milk-ducts and glands. They are held together by a soft connective tissue so breasts need a reasonable level of support in addition to a good posture and regular exercise. You can give your breasts a great support and shape by wearing a bra, which fits well.
How to get the ideal breast curves?
It is not possible to increase the bust size by exercise as breasts have no muscle just glands, fat cells and milk-ducts. However regular exercise for breasts can tone up the muscles on which the breast tissue lies. So exercises would firm up your backup chest line and make it more prominent. This in turn makes your breasts appear bigger. Swimming also helps to keep your bust shapely as muscles have to exercise against water resistance.
