How to Tone Flabby Underarms
One of the physical problems women struggle with is the flabby underarm. During the cool winter months, flabby underarms really aren’t a big deal.
The arms are hidden under several layers of clothing. But in the summer, when you start wearing tube tops and spaghetti straps, the only thing you can think about is your flabby underarms.
The good news is that there are things you can do to tone up your flabby underarms.
Cardiovascular Exercises
The first thing you should do is create a good cardiovascular workout. Walking, jogging, and swimming are all excellent ways to tone your flabby underarms without adding a large amount of bulk.
In addition to being an excellent way to tone your flabby underarms, the cardiovascular workout is also an excellent way to unwind after a long, stressful day.
Push-Ups
Push-ups might not be a lot of fun, but they are an excellent way to tone up your flabby arms while also strengthening your chest and shoulders. The best thing about push-ups is that you don’t need any special equipment to do them and they can be done anywhere and at anytime. All it takes is fifteen minutes of push-ups five or six days a week.
Dumbbell Extensions
Your water bottle can be used for something other than just looking trendy; it can also be used to tone your flabby underarms. Whenever you happen to have a full water bottle, you should use it to do fifteen repetitions of dumbbell extensions.
After you have done fifteen reps with one arm, place your water bottle in your other hand and do it all over again.
Arm Rotations
Stretch your arms straight out from your shoulders. Rotate your arms clockwise twenty times. Now rotate your arms twenty times counterclockwise.
Doing this three or four times a day will eventually cause the fat to melt from your arms and shoulders while also toning your muscles. This is an excellent way to regain the feeling in your arms after you have been working on the computer for several hours.
Diet
Diet can play a big role in the way your arms look. Stay away from the sweets and soft drinks, and start drinking more water and eating fruits and vegetables.
